Note - Once the Glen Landing Renaissnace Science Fair and Exposition date is set, this timeline will be adjusted.  This is the schedule that I have used in the past.  This will give parents and students an idea of what to expect on the day of the science fair.

Science Fair Schedule :

   Project Drop Off -> Bring your visual display, any relevant visual aids, optional data book, and a copy of your paper. Set your project up where you see a sign for your category.  Every effort will be made to keep all projects in every category at the same table.

Date and Time Event                         
February 11th, 2007 from 3 to 4 PM Early Project Drop Off in Cafetorium.
February 12th - 7:30 to 8:30 AM Project Drop off and check in.
February 12th - 8:30 AM to 8:45 AM Project Registration - no students permitted during this time
February 12th - 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM Project judging and interviews - students will be given time to browse projects but then must stand by project during the "interview" time. During this time, judges may interview students about their projects. Students are expected to be polite, respectful, and informed about their project.  Not all students will be interviewed. Those students that would like to be interviewed should let me know in advance so that I can schedule an interview time.
February 12th - 2:45 PM to 5:30 PM Science Fair winners determined.  Results will be available online after 4:30 PM. The Science Fair is CLOSED to students and the public during this time so that results can be verified. If time permits, medals and ribbons will be placed on winning projects. If not, those items will be given out in class the next day.  Certificates are given out during the following week of school. 
February 12th - 5:45 to 6:50 PM Science Fair is OPEN to the public. Please come by and feel free to take projects home. Projects left behind will be taken to my classroom and held there for a week. After this time, I will put projects in storage. Please take projects home prior to my putting them in storage. Thanks!
February 12th - 6:50 to 7 PM Winning Projects are announced. The following students are eligible for the JSSF :

   1st, 2nd, 3rd Place or Honorable Mention Projects

    Wildcard Projects

The above projects have automatic berths in the Stockton Science Fair.  Students that did not get an automatic birth but would like to go to Stockton to compete can do so as open berths become available. 

March JSSF Science Fair (Stockton Science Fair). Please bring your visual display and a copy of your paper to the Stockton Fair. Students need to pick these up prior to the fair and transport them to Stockton the day of the Stockton fair.
April DVSF Science Fair (Delaware Valley Science Fair - held in Ft. Washington)
