All the little things you do every day - this is committment to your students and their learning. Coming in early, going
to conferences, doing what it takes to get the message across to your students. What are the little things you do?
3. Teachers are responsible for managing and monitoring student learning.
We are not talking state test here, this is a real indication of how
your students are learning. How do you know your students are learning? What comes next? How do you know when to move on?
What are you doing this lesson at this time with these students?
5. Teachers are members of learning communities.
Cohorts, professional development groups,
the lounge - these are all examples of learning communities. Another learning community is your national board support
center - we are here to help you in your journey to certification!
